  • Our monthly gymnastics classes run from September to June, with additional sessions offered in July and August.
  • You can sign up for a class at any time. Registration is always open and is pro-rated if you enroll mid-month.
  • We use Uplifter for our customer management software. It handles all aspects of our customer accounts, member waiver forms, monthly billing, payments, and all class registrations
  • *VERY IMPORTANT* when creating your account, please make sure that you OPT-IN to emails, as this is our main form of communication for important program information including inclement weather and class related closures! If you don't opt-in to emails you will miss this very important information, which could lead to frustration.
  • To register for programs, you must have an Uplifter account by following this link: https://revolutiongym.uplifterinc.com/registration
  • Families with more than one child currently participating in one of our monthly programs will receive a 5% discount off the cost of the second, third and fourth child’s tuition. The
discount is applied to the lowest tuition.
  • Make-ups are not offered. Missed classes due to sickness, personal reasons, inclement weather, or situations beyond our control will not result in make-up days, prorated tuition, refunds, or credits.
  • In the event of inclement weather and situations out of our control, classes may be canceled. As per our communication policy, an email will be sent if classes are canceled. If you have opted-out of email communication you will not receive this important information.
  • We offer a waitlist option if the class you would like to register for is full. We strongly recommend putting your child on the waitlist, as availability can change from month to month. Waitlist spots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • To transfer your child to a different class or day, please call 519-746-9905, email the office at [email protected], or visit one of our friendly front desk staff members *class change requests are subject to availability
  • Evaluations are completed to track your child’s progress and ensure they are placed in the appropriate group. To be eligible for evaluations, athletes must be enrolled in gymnastics for a minimum of three consecutive months. Evaluations can be viewed online in your Uplifter account and are conducted periodically throughout the year. See the Calendar tab above to ensure you don't miss them!
  • Join us for our Year End Show in June for a fun-filled celebration as our recreational athletes showcase the routines and skills they have been working hard on throughout the spring months! Family and friends are invited to come cheer on their gymnast and celebrate all of their progress, confidence, and accomplishments in the gym. (please note: this event is for all recreational classes except Parent & Tot, and Try-It classes. You must be enrolled by March to learn routines) In addition to performances, families can enjoy a community BBQ, exciting raffles, fun goodies, and a photo booth to capture special memories from the day. It’s a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the hard work of our athletes while spending time together as a gym community!
  • The best interest of every child will always be our first priority at Revolution. Please understand that in order to adhere to this policy, we reserve the right to remove any participant from our programs that may hinder their own development or the development of the other children in our facility by way of their inappropriate behaviour. Our hope is that everyone fully enjoys the time they spend in our facility.
A typical gymnastics class begins with warm-up activities including games, cardio exercises related to gymnastics, and stretching. Each class follows a rotation through equipment with skill based circuits. These activities will vary from class to class and week to week to ensure well-rounded gymnastics instruction. Classes may also include cool-down activities and conditioning (strength-building) exercises. Each gymnast is supported in developing and progressing at their own pace.

Gym Rules
  • Children are not permitted on the gym floor or on any gym equipment, unless supervised by a coach.
  • Gymnasts must wait until their class is called before entering the gym.
  • Parents and guardians are asked to remain off the gym floor. If your child needs assistance finding their class, please speak with a supervisor.
  • Families are welcome to watch from the viewing area. The only exceptions are Parent & Tots and Tots Drop-In classes, where a parent or guardian participates alongside the child.
  • Siblings in the viewing area and front lobby must be supervised at all times.
  • If a child becomes disruptive during class, they may be asked to sit out briefly. If the behaviour continues, the coach will speak with the parents or guardians to determine an appropriate solution.
  • For your child’s safety, please walk your gymnast into and out of the building during drop-off and pick-up.

What to Wear
  • Hair that reaches the eyes must be securely tied back before class.
  • For safety reasons, gymnasts should not wear jewellery during class (earring studs are okay!).
  • Participate barefoot for safety (socks can be slippery on equiptment).
  • Please wear comfortable athletic clothing such as a t-shirt and shorts, leggings, a gym suit, or a leotard.
  • Shirts should be form-fitting and long enough to stay tucked in during activity.
  • For safety reasons, we ask that athletes avoid wearing jeans, clothing with buttons, zippers, drawstrings, hooded sweaters, skirts, dresses, or items with large embellishments, as these may damage equipment or increase the risk of injury.
  • For younger athletes, we recommend bringing an extra change of clothes in case of bathroom accidents.
  • Please send a full water bottle filled with water and clearly labelled with your child’s name.
Registration is offered online (https://revolutiongym.uplifterinc.com/registration), at the gym front desk, or by phone. Classes are filled on a first come first serve basis, and we provide a wait list for full classes.

All athletes must have a signed waiver completed by a parent or guardian on file. Prior to thefirst class, you will be required to accept the Consent and Participation waiver within your Uplifter account, along with the Assumption of Risk and Refund Policy forms.

Participants attending an Adult Drop-In class or Birthday Party must complete a paper waiver, which is available to download and print on our website at: www.revolutiongym.ca/waivers or when you arrive at the gym.

How Does Monthly Gymnastics Work?

With monthly gymnastics, tuition is paid on the 1st of each month. Upon registration, a deposit for the final month of classes and the administration fee are due upfront. For instance, if you register in August, your deposit and administration fee will be charged at the time of registration, and your September tuition will be processed on September 1st. Monthly payments will continue until June 1st, which is the final scheduled payment of the season. Your deposit is applied to May’s tuition.

Monthly tuition is based on a monthly schedule; however, fees may vary slightly depending on the number of classes offered in a given month. This can be affected by the day of the week your class falls on, the total number of weeks in the month, and any statutory holidays.

If you register after the first of the month, your tuition will be prorated based on the remaining classes. For example, if a month includes five scheduled classes, tuition will be slightly higher. Conversely, if a statutory holiday reduces the number of classes (e.g., to three), tuition for that month will be less and adjusted accordingly.

A full list of statutory holidays and the 2026–2027 tuition schedule, as well as all of our gym policies can be found on page 31 of this handbook.

Following your initial registration, ongoing monthly tuition payments will be processed on the 1st of each month, until the end of the season (June), or until you have given 30 days' notice to take a break from classes.

Classes run through until mid June, with the final four classes already covered by your initial deposit. At that time, all participants will be automatically unenrolled. If you wish to continue with gymnastics during the summer or into the next season, you will need to register for a new class that fits your schedule.

Sibling Discount

Families with more than one child currently participating in one of our monthly programs will receive a 5% discount off the cost of the second, third and fourth child’s tuition. The
discount is applied to the lowest tuition.

Annual Administration Fee

All participants are required to pay an annual administration fee in addition to their program fees. This fee is valid from July 1st to June 30th, and includes insurance coverage through our governing body Gymnastics Ontario.

Please note that the administration fee is non-refundable, and is submitted on your behalf to Gymnastics Ontario. While we strive to keep fees consistent, they are subject to change in the event of an increase in insurance premiums from Gymnastics Ontario. Should this occur, an additional fee may be applied.

Monthly Tuition & Payments

Payments can be made through Uplifter using pre-authorized debit or credit card. Pre-authorized debit must be on file for recurring monthly billing. It is the responsibility of each family to ensure that an up-to-date payment method is maintained in their Uplifter account.

If the payment method on file is unsuccessful on the billing or due date, the late payment will be notified by email and/or phone. After that, it is up to the account holder to ensure that the payment is made to avoid being withdrawn from your child's gymnastics class.

Late Payment Policy

Tuition payments are considered late 72 hours after the scheduled payment date, and a $25 late fee will be added to the account. An additional $25 late fee will be applied if tuition remains unpaid 14 days pas the due date. If payment is not made/caught up by the 1st of the following month your child will be withdrawn from classes.
How to Take a Break from Monthly Gymnastics Classes

To take a break from gymnastics classes, families must submit an online cancellation request form a full calendar month before the 1st of the month they wish to stop classes. The cancellation form can be found on our website or completed here: https://forms.gle/WepEFrR12DYy2xCq7

Examples:
  • If you submit your cancellation request on March 15th, your child may continue attending classes until April 30th.
  • If you submit your request on April 1st, cancellation will not take effect until the end of May, and May tuition will still be charged.
  • If you would like to take a break beginning in February, your cancellation request must be submitted by December 31st.

Please note that all cancellation requests must be submitted through the online form. The date and time stamp on the submitted form will determine the effective cancellation date.

Families are responsible for tuition payments until a cancellation request is submitted through the online form. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, requests must be submitted by the 1st of the month, with at least one full calendar month’s notice. For example, if you wish to stop classes on May 1st, you must submit your cancellation request before April 1st.

***Please note: Any class cancelation requests submitted on the 1st or later will take effect at the end of the following month.

PD Day, Summer Camp, Summer Gymnastics Changes & Cancelations

A minimum of one week’s notice is required to cancel a PD Day, March Break, Winter Break, summer camp or summer class in order to receive a refund. Please note that the administration fee is non-refundable, and a $30 cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations after registration has been completed.

Cancellations made with less than one week’s notice are not eligible for a refund; however, a credit may be applied to your account for use toward a future gymnastics class, PD Day, March Break, Winter Break, or Summer Camp.

Day camp changes and cancellation requests can be submitted by phone (519-746-9905), by email at [email protected], or in person at the gym front desk.

Birthday Party Cancelations

A minimum of two weeks’ notice is required to make changes or to cancel a birthday party reservation. Changes of birthday party date or time is dependant on availability.

*Please note that we don’t offer refunds for birthday parties, however a credit can be applied to your account to use towards a future birthday party, program, PD day or camp.

Monthly Gymnastics & Summer Gymnastics class change requests

To transfer your child to a different class or day, please call 519-746-9905, email the office at [email protected], or visit one of our friendly front desk staff members.
*class change requests are subject to availability

If you would like your child to move to a higher gymnastics level, they need to complete their applicable level in order to move up. Evaluations can be viewed in your Uplifter account to see your child’s progress. See page 13 of the 2026-2027 Recreational Handbook for more information about Evaluations and how to become eligible.

Please note that changing classes may result in a price difference. If the new class has a higher fee, the balance must be paid before your child can begin. If the fee is lower, the difference will be issued as a credit on your account.

Kindly note that transfer requests cannot be processed if there are any outstanding fees on the account.
