Our competitive programs are entered through successful audition of girls ages 4+. Aspiring gymnasts need no previous experience and need not even be enrolled at the centre.  Simple aptitude measuring activities help us to evaluate flexibility, strength, coordination, balance, listening ability and tenacity.  Based on the results, the competitive staff will recommend the athlete to an appropriate program.

Watch Our Elite Athletes Perform

What do our members have to say?

Kirsten joined Revolution Gymnastics in 2013, after a few gym and high school changes. We were looking for a gym with a National program, close in proximity, and most importantly, coaches that would help Kirsten reach her potential.

We found all of that at Revolution! Aaron and Angela embraced Kirsten from day 1, and they allowed her to soar to the highest heights. Her highlights included Marseille, France, Worlds in Nanning, China, Pan Am Qualifiers, Toyota International, Pacific Rim, and most recently the 2016 Olympic Trials in Quebec.

With an open relationship between coaches and athlete, Aaron, Angela and Sarah believed in Kirsten, and provided solid coaching, mentoring, love, and support. We have never been more convinced that our move to Revolution provided all of that and more for Kirsten. Confidence, determination, perseverance, growth, maturity, and strength, both mentally and physically, are just some of the qualities that have been nurtured by their relationship, and what Kirsten will be able to take with her to the University of Maryland.

Our family has never doubted that these coaches know their athletes inside and out. We are very grateful to the Brokenshire family for their commitment to all of their athletes. As we go forward now to collegiate gymnastics, we will always look back and appreciate what Kirsten gained from Aaron, Angela, and Sarah, and we will always be #revolutionproud!
