Boys Recreational
(ages 5+)

Our Boys Recreational Gymnastics programs are designed for boys aged 5 to 11+ years. Mini Boys, Jr. Boys, and Sr. Boys are all 60 minute, structured, and progressive classes.

Certified gymnastics coaches will lead the boys in these classes through a combination of men’s artistic gymnastics skills, circuits, and games. Athletes will build strength, coordination, flexibility, and balance to help develop a strong foundation that supports allphysical activities.

These engaging classes allow participants to progress through our level system at their own pace, while building confidence and a positive, healthy self-image.

​Mini Boys: Ages 5 to 6.5 years
Jr. Boys: Ages 7 to 10.5 years
Sr. Boys: Ages 11+
