Excel Programs
Our Excel Gymnastics programs are designed for girls aged 3 to 9+ years who are ready to build on their existing gymnastics foundation. Led by certified gymnastics coaches, these programs help athletes to continue developing their skills, strength, flexibility, and confidence in a supportive environment. This program is ideal for gymnasts who love being in the gym or who are not yet ready to commit to a full competitive pathway.
The Excel program focuses on more advanced skill development across all apparatus while promoting dedication, perseverance, and a positive team environment. Athletes are encouraged to challenge themselves in a supportive setting as they prepare for future recreational or competitive opportunities.
The Excel pathway allows gymnasts to gain valuable experience, set goals, and advance at a pace that prepares them for higher level training when they’re ready. It’s the perfect balance between recreational and competitive gymnastics giving athletes the opportunity to challenge themselves and truly excel.
Please note that Excel, Elite Petite and Elite Petite Rising programs do not participate in competitions
