Here at Revolution Gymnastics and Sports Centre all our staff members operate under the same 6 basic principles:
Safety First - To provide the safest possible learning environment at all times.
Highest Quality - To provide the highest quality programming at all levels.
Instill Life skills -To teach life skills and help prepare athletes for a successful future.
Constant Progress - To be continually striving to develop positively in all areas of sport.
Teach Respect - To insist on giving and receiving respect at all times with all people.
Value Appreciation - To encourage appreciation of sport, hard work and achievement.
All Revolution staff members are highly qualified with N.C.C.P Certification, Risk Management, and First Aid. With decades of experience working with children in sport, we offer premier quality in coaching for all programs.
For the safety of all participants it is important that appropriate attire be worn to class.
Boys: T-shirt & sport shorts
Girls: Gym suit (short or long tights optional) - no bathing suits
Hair: Hair that can reach the eyes must be tied back
Feet: Bare feet only, no gymnastics or ballet slippers are necessary

- Other Programs
Participants are expected to wear the required program uniform to all classes.
*Absolutely NO jeans will be allowed in any program. Participants wearing inappropriate attire will not be permitted to participate for safety reasons.
Please call the gym in the event of inclement weather. If classes are cancelled, there will be a message on our phone machine. In the event classes need to be cancelled for any other reason, your coach will inform you.
*Please note we do not offer make up classes for inclement weather cancellations.
In the event your child must miss a class, we can't guarantee any make-up classes as they are subject to availability. Please call the office to arrange a day and time. Classes must be made up within the session. (Maximum 2 per session/child).
Make-up classes for holidays are arranged by calling the office and putting your child's name on the 'Make-Up List'. When there are enough kids to run a class we will contact you to notify the day and time (most holiday make-ups will be scheduled on Sundays).
Evaluations are done on a regular basis throughout the year. Your child will develop improved self-confidence as they move up through our progressive level system. Reports help to show where a child has improved and where they may need a little more work. Our system is designed to help children progress at the pace they feel most comfortable. Ribbons or certificates will be awarded at the completion of each level.
Drop Off and Pick Up
We insist that parents come into the facility to drop off and pick up their children. For safety reasons no athletes will be allowed to wait outside the facility. We are unable to supervise children after the end of their class, as our coaches are required to be in the gym. Please ensure that you arrange to pick up your child no later than their ‘scheduled’ end time. In the event you are ever late, please call the gym and speak with a staff personally. We cannot ensure that messages on our machine will be received within your child’s class time.
Viewing is allowed from the allocated viewing area only. For safety reasons, we ask that parents in no way try to contact your child or your child’s coach during their class. Parents and visitors are not to enter the gym for any reason. If you need to speak with your child’s instructor, please do so prior to or following the class.
*Parents, we ask that you keep a vigilant watch on siblings and young visitors while you are viewing. No horseplay, destructive behaviour or yelling is permitted within the facility.
