Week to week tasks will continuously challenge you inside and outside of the gym keeping you motivated and focused.

Learn the secrets of expert Aaron Brokenshire (NCCP Level 4 Master Coach)
This program is for adults 18 and over, and will be tailored for each participant's level of fitness.
Late registrations will be accepted at a pro rated fee not later than April 6th.
